User Agreement

1. Acceptance of the terms
On first launch, the Game shows a one-time hint: “By continuing to play, you accept the Agreement and the Policy (see ‘Settings’)” (in versions prior to September 2026, a window with links and an “Accept and continue” button). By continuing to use the Game, the user accepts this Agreement; the documents can be opened at any time in Settings → “Policy and terms”. The Game does not ask for age, permission “to show ads” or permission for crash reports. A new hint is shown only in the event of a material change in the documents, purposes, scope of the data or recipients.
2. Age
The Game does not ask for or store age or date of birth and contains no content intended only for adults. Stakes in games are placed only with in-game coins. Age restrictions and purchase approval are applied by means of Google Play. If applicable law requires the involvement of a parent or other legal representative, the user shall ensure such involvement.
3. Profile and access
The Game has no sign-in via third-party accounts, email or password. The server issues the profile an internal ID and a technical “login/password” pair stored on the device. The profile can be transferred to another device using the recovery code from Settings: the code is valid once, and the old device loses access. The user is obliged not to disclose the recovery code to other persons. Loss of local data without the recovery code may lead to the creation of a new profile.
4. Rules of conduct and user content
The user may choose a public name and avatar. Illegal, offensive, discriminatory, sexual or fraudulent content, spam, other people’s personal data and infringement of the rights of third parties are prohibited. Harassment, collusion, intentional transfer of rating or coins, interference with the client/server, automation by third-party bots and exploitation of bugs are prohibited. Moves are verified by the server. The Operator may hide content, cancel an unfair result, restrict features or block the profile.
5. Virtual items and purchases
Coins, chips, rating, rewards, VIP status and cosmetic items are virtual in-game values that have no monetary value outside the Game; they cannot be exchanged for money. Payment is processed by Google Play. The entitlement to an item is confirmed by the Game’s server based on Google Play data; RevenueCat is used for verification. Refunds are made under the rules of Google Play and applicable law.
The price is shown before the payment is confirmed. The item is applied after the server confirms the payment. If the payment window closed before the Game was updated, use “Restore” in the shop or open the shop again.
The VIP subscription on Google Play renews automatically under the Google Play rules; renewal can be turned off in the Google Play subscription settings, and the period already paid for is retained.
For payments and refunds, the address support@kngames.ru is available. State the order or payment number, the date and the item; do not send passwords, codes or tokens.
6. Tournaments and leaving a game
Registration is open until the specified time. If a participant leaves an active table, the remaining player receives a technical win; the stake of the game is distributed according to the table rules. A tournament prize is a virtual reward.
7. Advertising
The free version of the Game may show non-personalized ads of the Yandex Advertising Network. The Game does not use an advertising ID, geolocation or an advertising profile. Rewarded video starts only upon the user’s action; other formats are enabled by the Operator’s configuration and are disabled by purchasing “No ads” or VIP.
8. Account deletion
The profile can be deleted in the Game (Settings → Delete account), or its deletion can be requested on the public page. Deletion is irreversible: the active profile, progress, virtual items, name and avatar, and the RevenueCat Customer profile are deleted. Records required for refunds, by law and for the integrity of completed tournaments may be stored only in a form unlinked from the account or depersonalized. Deleting the profile does not cancel the subscription on Google Play.
9. Availability and liability
The Game is provided “as is”. The Operator maintains the service and fixes errors but cannot guarantee the absence of temporary failures of the network, the store or third-party services. This does not limit consumer rights that cannot be limited by agreement.
10. Governing law and requests
The legislation of the Russian Federation applies. Before going to court, the user may write to support@kngames.ru. Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
